I've had our osticket install in place for some time now and noticed that there looks like there are some weird characters getting stuck in by Outlook 2010.
The result is osticket seems to be truncating the ticket description at the point where it hits the first funky character, so I'm missing half of an email body with the ticket details.
How can I convert the body text of the message to a common format (plain text or whatever is going to be best) so I can get all of the message.
I thought maybe Outlook was sending the message in its rtf format, but the client in particular that had sent the most recent one that had a problem has theirs set to use html formatted messages by default.
What file is the one that handles the email->ticket conversion?
