Attachment (Staff / Client) of Multiple Files in 1.6ST

I would like for the ability to to attach multiple files using both the client and staff interface. I know there are a number of great MODs to allow for multiple attachments for the client side, but these dont seem to work in the 1.6 ST, although i am not getting any specific error.

Any assistance on any of the above would be highly appreciated

Hi Rwanda,

I have just implemented (this mod) in osTicket version 1.6 ST, and everything works fine from client-side. Please make sure you have already followed all of the instructions carefully. Also, make sure you have already setup the attachment directory for your osTicket system.

I know, I have not successfully, yet implementing that mod for staff-side. Please let me know if anyone has successfully implemented it from staff-side.

Looking for staff side also. We don't use client side as we only use this for email support. We are a photo gifting company and usually attach multiple image files.
