I would like for an ability to have some kind of calendering /scheduling ability so that the system can then notify the customer on when and who will address their ticket.
Any assistance on any of the above would be highly appreciated

This is one the best things I could ever want from osTicket! I would love to be able to automate occurring tickets like system backups, and other routine tasks.
I too hope someone is able to make this! :)
