1. Log in as an admin.
2. Click on Admin Panel -> Settings
3. Scroll down to "Alerts & Notices" and locate "New Ticket Alert:"
4. click the "Enable" radial
5. click on the check boxes of whom you want to get it.
6. Scroll down and click "Save Changes".
We send to managers and have our manager email actually a distribution group but we have a small IT team.
