Integrate Wordpress to Osticket

Hi I have a Wordpress Multi-Site, http://www.xatsites.com(http://www.xatsites.com)

Osticket is installed in http://xatsites.com/support(http://xatsites.com/support)

How do I change how the users login to see the Ticket Status instead of them using their email and the ticket ID, using my Wordpress xatSites username and password.

Please help me!
