Upload SQL Files

Hello,

I have osTicket installed and running. I have really liked everything about osTicket and the ability to upload documents is a great one. I have a customer that uploads SQL scripts. The file uploads correctly and on the server I can view the file. If I try to open the file from osTicket the SQL file is blank. Anyone run into this problem or have any advice?

I have an update, looks like osTicket is not the culprit. It is the email attachment that is causing the problem. The email forward service must be deleting the file. Sorry for the confusion.
