Hi Guys,
I work in a small department were all staff want to be kept informed of all tickets.
I am looking for a MOD that will send an update to all staff in the department as well as the customer throughout the ticket workflow.
Complete Scenario I would like:
* Customer logs ticket and all staff in the department are notified (currently works!!)
* Staff memeber assigns ticket to him/herself and system sends notification email to all staff/customer that the ticket has been assigned
* Staff member then adds detail to the ticket. Update email is again sent to all staff and to the customer
* Customer responds. Email is sent to all staff members.
* Case is closed by assigned staff memeber. Email is sent to all staff and to customer.
I have found a few forum posts out there but I can't get one which meets my complete solution.
Any ideas anyone?
