First i would like to appreciate the different developers in this forum, as they have made it possible to customize osTicket to perform very interesting functions
I have a few requests for MODS
One
I want to be able to assign more than one staff to handle a ticket. this can be >=2 to
Two
I would like for an ability to have some kind of calendering /scheduling ability so that the system can then notify the customer on when and who will address their ticket.
Three
I would like for the ability to to attach multiple files using both the client and staff interface. I know there are a number of great MODs to allow for multiple attachments for the client side, but these dont seem to work in the 1.6 ST, although i am not getting any specific error.
Four
As i have modified my form and it now has a number of fields, i would like to auto hide some so that if a customer is interested, then they have to check a box to show what is hidden.
Any assistance on any of the above would be highly appreciated
