How to customize OS ticket in thai font

I would like to use a thai font. When I customize it and typing subject in thai.

It shows follow :

Incorrect string value: 'xB7xB4xCAxCDxBAxA8...' for column 'subject' at row 1

What should I do for this problem? Thank you very much for every comments.

utf-8 character support

Make sure that your database is setup correctly for UTF-8 support. I think (this thread) should help your problem.
