Hello everyone,
I am attempting to use osticket as an inventory tracking system as well as a support ticketing system.
The thought is that someone will submit a ticket to check a machine/projector/etc out and it will generate a ticket. That ticket stays open until the equipment is returned.
I am trying to figure out how to do this without mixing the support and equipment tickets. My initial thought was to have 2 separate DB's?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
