Customized work flow for staff

Im looking to change the ticketing window of osticket by that i mean all the user information you see when you open a ticket. I would like it to be shown as a step by step process for my staff to follow to make sure nothing is left out.

Ive looked for modifications and packages which might offer similar functionality but cant find much. Ive also looked for companies which would make this it and had no luck.

SO before is tart makeing it myself i wanted to see what everythinks is the best way to achive this, i was thinking maybe the api could be used to link to another program or tool which alsow this funtionality.

Give each field its own div. Hide all the divs except the first one. Use javascript to unhide the next div when the one before it is equal to anything.
