Missing text on email reply with %quote

Hi everybody,

i'm new to osticket and i have a problem with the %quote processing on incoming email replies.

Always i only get in the notification email as well as in the ticket entry:

Am 03.08.2011 18, schrieb Support:

and nothing else.

The whole text of the email reply is missing.

I searchedthe forum for equal problems but i found nothing similar.

Any hints?
