OSTicket Report in Excel Sheet

Hello,

I have implemented "OSTicket" in my organization & working fine since many weeks. Now, i would like to know if I can export the ticketing reports in "excel" or "csv" format so that i can represent it to other officials of the company?

There is no native reporting module. However that being said scottro has build an excellent report mod that you can use.

I do agree 100% with ntozier! scottro has build an excellent report mod for me as well and customized it to our departments (roads & transport) needs. Millions of stars for scottro

I do have a primitive reportMod.php which I just put a link and image on scottro's report for us, but that basically just export the data together with the field names of the ost_ticket table to a csv format, where you can manipulate the data.

My MOD Reports v3.3 now has the added functionality of exporting to CSV.
