Mail notification to all members of Department

Hello,

I have big problem. I would like to send to all members of one department the notification about receiving a new ticket to the osTicket.

Now the notification send to All members but not to all GroupsMembers Which have the rights to use of the one Department.

I mean I am member of the Department Support, But mail received to Department Billing where I have rigts like member of UserGroup Supporter.

From this department not received any mail about the receiving mail to this departmet.

I Would like to send the mail to all members include the members of UserGorups which have rigths to this Department.

Please, is possible to help me with this issue?

Hey harvy76,

I personally believe that the easiest way to achieve this is to create an email list on your mail server, add all the users that you want to receive for that department to the list. Then add that list as the department managers email.

You can then go into Admin Panel -> Settings -> Alerst & Notices and check "new ticket alert" "Department Manager".
