I would like for the customer to be able to select the priority of the ticket, much like http://softaculous.com(http://softaculous.com)
Is there any mod released? Or could someone make one?

4 options for you right now:
1) Customers emailing in tickets can set the priority via their mail client. osTicket will recognize the priority the email has been set to and use that if its recognized.
2) Staff can create new tickets and set their priority, you can look at the code that the staff new ticket page has and attempt to apply that to the client side
3) You can read up on my current post "(MODs for Donations)" and request a mod for a donation and I can accomplish it for you.
4) Hope someone else does it for you for free.
