I need to add the %name variable to the subject of 'New Ticket Alert'
But what i get on the email is :
'Aviso Pedido de Suporte Criado por '
What file is handle the variable substitution,

What goes inside the 's is the ticket number, thats how the system knows how to recognize an already created ticket. If you take it outside the 's will the %name then work for you?
