How do I make Internal Notes not required?

Hello all,

Quick question... I am using the internal note system but in a modified form where my employees can post an invoice number. Well I only need the "note title" to be used as the number of the invoice and I would like the body of the message to be optional. I cannot find anywhere where it triggers the Error(s) occured. Unable to post the note. error

by the way I still have the internal note system in place, but I just added a different section next to it that says Invoice Number.

I've done what you are requesting with my system except with Transferring the ticket to another dept. I'm sure I can find what you need, give me a few.

scp/tickets.php

Find:

$fields = array('type'=>'string', 'required'=>1, 'error'=>'Note message required');

And change the 1 to a 0.
