Operating System: Hosted Linux Server
Version: Most current as of a couple months ago (since I cannot access the system -- I am not sure. If it's hard coded, let me know where I can find it).
Issue:
I opened osTicket and was looking at a ticket that I had just closed. I left it there for a few minutes while I did some other work... when I came back I tried to create a new ticket and BOOM -- got email...

Unable to connect to the database
I have received several of these emails thus far.
I tried loading the front end located at:
http://imjustsarah.com/shop/support(http://imjustsarah.com/shop/support) with no luck
I tried loading the back end located at:
http://imjustsarah.com/shop/support/scp(http://imjustsarah.com/shop/support/scp) still no luck
Nothing has changed on the server, the main website and sub directories work fine, all other database connections are fine... and I haven't done anything to any part of the website (it actually resides on a domain apart from the main one I use and edit...).
