I get no "Subject" in the emails I receive. The subject of the incoming email appears as : New Ticket Alert
but the 'users' typed in subject does not appear in the email I receive.
EXAMPLE Email:

See? No subject is in the emails I get, 1/2 the time I have no clue what the party is talking about. This makes replying to a ticket via my own email client almost impossible, unless i login to admin and view the ticket from there.
Any quick fix for this? Or is it just me?
