HTML email with pictures

Hello,

please have you anybody some solution for this problem? I have customer and he send me the HTML mails with an embedded pictures.

Can I separate this pictures from mail to Files like attachment when the pipe translate the mail and insert to the DB?

Unfortunately, this does not work for incoming emails sent to pipe.

Furthermore, if the incoming email contains local characters (outside the ASCII range) and is in the HTML format, this results in creating an empty ticket. The text is completely dismissed. This happens with HTML emails without any pictures, too.
