Setup - 500 eroor

I am running on a Linux box hosted by 1and1. I have uploaded all the files and tried www.lydbury.co.uk/support/setup(www.lydbury.co.uk/support/setup) - I get a 500 error. Looking in the support folder, I have no steup sub-folder. Shouild there be?

Grateful for any advice.

You uploaded the whole archive instead of just the "upload" directory.

You can see your site at:

http://www.lydbury.co.uk/support/upload/setup(http://www.lydbury.co.uk/support/upload/setup)

You want to put the contents of the "upload" directory in /support.
