Adding info to ADMIN email alert

How do I add ALL the fields to the ADMIN email?

Current, it seems to ignore the SUBJECT field, along with the TELEPHONE field.

Ideally, when I pick up emails on a smart phone, I would like to know what they are actually about.

Thanks anyone. I guess the people who knocked this together have lost interest as the originators do not seem to contribute any longer.

Check the email template. You can change what's in the emails and include other fields.

I am using 1.6 R4 and there seems to be no way of finding/adding to the email template. Any ideas?

I don't know when email template editing was introduced. I'm using 1.6ST. In that version, click on Admin Panel, Emails, Templates, and then on the template itself to edit them.
