attachments problem

The list of accepted extensions:

.doc, .pdf, .zip, .txt, .jpg, .png, .gif, .sh, .tar, .bz2, .bz, .php, .gz

.doc - works fine

.pdf - works fine

.zip - works fine

.jpg - works fine

.png - works fine

.gif - works fine

.sh - no error but file not attached

.tar - works fine

.bz2 - no error but file not attached

.bz - no error but file not attached

.php - no error but file not attached

.gz - no error but file not attached

What is the reason of that ?

Hmm...just tested it myself for those extensions and it works...

Are you using the latest version of osTicket?

Is your attachment directory correct and is it writable '766'?

Where is it not showing up? In the SCP or when you view the ticket as a client?

I've just checked it and they do not show in /attachments/0711/ directory.

Furthermore, the files are not visible in the ticket. Other files show in both places.

Please, check the file attached.
