%staff not working in email templates

Hey guys,

According to http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Templates(http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Templates) if I put %staff variable, it is suppose to display the staff's full name in the email notifications.

But for me, the email notifications are not showing the staff's full name. It is showing "%staff".

Any clue?
