Who Started Ticket

Hi all!

Any idea how to have a column with who started a ticket ie. who was assigned first? and to be shown at his ticket viewing table?

...to be more clear:

- when i am assigned a ticket i want to see it in my list even if this it is assigned to someone else later (since I am the first one to be assigned the ticket)...

Any clue???????
