Email Notifications Based On Server Issues

I'm looking to set up email notifications based on whether one of our servers are down. Each admin is responsible for keeping up a single server. Users then create tickets when a server goes down.

For example, Bob (admin) is responsible for Server A. Server A goes down and Sally (user) creates a ticket to notify Bob of this. Sally then chooses Server A from a dropdown menu listing all the servers which, in return, are linked to the admin responsible for that server. Then that admin is emailed a notification from that ticket.

Hopefully I got my point across. Is this possible without modifying osTicket? I don't mind modifying osTicket, but it would be nice to not have to. Any ideas on how to do this with or without a mod?

Groups?

Sounds like you need to create groups and assign Bob to Server A group. etc.

Thanks for your reply, brbaldwin. I don't think Groups is what I'm looking for because the admins need to be in more than one group (server group and admin group). I should've mentioned that earlier.
