hallo ,
question about departement routing , i've created 2 departements with 2 different emails and pipes .
supportA
supportB
whatever recipient i choose all tickets are associated to Default department.
I've found no deep documentations about this issue.
After many tests i think that "piping" is not so clever as i think .
Anyone can explain me , if it's possible or not to make what i need to do ?
