Hello,
I can not solve a problem which, I think, may be related to the decoding of the character of carriage return in the mail messages.
The messages sent to the user, like the automatic reply for a new ticket for example, have a carriage return or are truncated after the seventy-fifth character.
The problem has two peculiarities:
1) it occurs only with certain domains of the recipient's mail, and not with others;
2) it produces a different effect depending on the mail client; for example, with Outlook Express we have:
A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #362142. A repre=
sentative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.
(...)
With nPop, for example, we have instead:
A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #894372. A repre
(nothing after this line ...)
Has this ever happened to you? Do you think there is a solution?
Thank you,
Andrea
