I’m no expert in PHP or web design, so I’m not sure how easy it would be to do this or not, but here is a MOD I’d like to see: When I am on the “Post Reply” tab, I’d like there to be 3 checkboxes in regards to who should get the email notification from the “reply” message. One box for the ticket requestor, one box for the “assigned to” email, and one box for additional email addresses. The purpose of this is so that I can control (by checking/un-checking) who all gets an email message when I, or any staff member, posts a reply to any ticket. It would be nice to have the “additional email messages” check box on the Internal Notes tab too, so that I can add additional email addresses (such as executives) to the ticket response/message.
If nothing else, it would be great to at least have the option to include additional email addresses to ticket replies and internal notes.
Is this something that is doable? I have searched the forums but haven’t found anything similar to my request.
