I would appreciate the possibility to configure one overdue time for each priority.
I am just setting up this application for support communication with one of my customer companies. My customer contact will get a staff account.
My customer would like to influence the reaction time and I am willing to guarantee (and bill) certain response times in urgent cases.
Different overdue times attached to priorities would help me a lot.
BTW maybe Ill do the hack by myself if I have some spare time.
