Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has a simple way to notify the staff member a ticket is assigned to when that ticket becomes unassigned. For example, if I assign someone a ticket, and then release it, how will they know about it?
I imagine this is handled in the function release() inside class.ticket.php, but I could be wrong. It seems simple enough, could someone please point me in the right direction?
