Your Tickets Issue

Hi guys,

We've just started using OSTicket and we think it's the best! We are having one problem though, our My Tickets in the menu bar says I have 11 tickets when I actually only have 4. It appears to be counting Closed Tickets as Open...

Any help with sorting this would be great!

I presume that you mean in the staff interface. But I'm not sure where you mean. Please attach a screen shot.

Yes - it shows that 14 tickets are assigned to me even though I only have about 6... it's possible that closed tickets are also showing as assigned.

Unless you have modified OST it should not show closed tickets assigned to you. However there is a mod in the mod forums that changes this behavior. Have you modified your OST?
