OsTicket Not logging in

Hi Guys

I am using the following config:

Sending: SMTP

Fetching/Receiving: POP

PHP version: php-5.1.6-27.el5_5.3

Operating System: CentOS 5.6

I recently upgraded the mysql as well as the php on the server and downgraded it again to the state in which it was before. But now, my admin panel doesn't log in anymore. I reinstalled osticket as well from scratch, new blank db and all but it doesn't authenticate.

It doesn't log any PHP errors on the scp, how can I see what the problem is?

When you downgraded to you also make sure all of the original files were put back in place concerning things like configuration? Such as php.ini and such? Perhaps that's something to look into.

Please check your log files. (php, apache, mysql) and see if there are any entries in there that might yield some information. Where the logs for each is generally determined by their individual config files.
