Hello there
Few months back I was getting spam email into the ticket system, so I have banned that particular email id.
Just now when I have seen the system log from OS-Ticket admin area, I was shocked to see that there are several thousand emails received from that particular email id and which were promptly blocked from generating tickets, as the email id was banned.

When I contacted the person from whose email id the email were being send, he has denied the act, and requested me to send the "header" of these emails, which has been banned and blocked.
How to get the email head of these emails wherein ticket has been denied ?
Can some one please help me out?
