Ive used the MOD provided by NANO

but need some help to tweak the "Last updated" date part. Im new to PHP and tried to do it myself but cant figure it out. At this stage it updates the date only if you reply on the mail but I need it to look at the internal dates too!! this will show me at a glance when last somebody gave attention to the ticket even if the client did not respond.
PLEASE help!
