I'm not sure if this is where a request should go but.....
I have been "beta testing" osTicket with just my small department and have just approached another department to start using it. One thing I noticed is that when a ticket has been re-assigned to another staff member (whether inside or outside the department) there is no email sent to the new staffer that a ticket has been (re)assigned to them.
I think this would be a great mod to help staff realize they have just had another ticket assigned to them outside of the "normal" process.
Anyone else agree?
Unfortunately, I haven't the skill set (yet) to make this mod myself and would appreciate any assistance.
