When users open a ticket, after submitting their browser just spins. They are never taken to the 'ticket has been opened confirmation page'.
The ticket IS opened as we can see it when logged into the administration scp page.
This is a new problem that just surfaced today. For the past 8 months, osTicket has been working fine with no issue.
We run apache on server 2003 - I've cycled the apache service and also rebooted the server with no success.
Please help! Customers keep reporting the issue and I'm running out of ideas.
