No access to cronjob - what to do?

I have installed osTicket on a windows based virtual server, and my hosting provider do not allow any cron jobs, because it is shared hosting - What to do?? :(

If i manually (in the browser) go to .. \api\cron.php i just get HTTP Error 403 Forbidden - How can i change that? If its possible, maybe i on another server can creat a cron-job calling cron.php??

I have looked a bit at Settings >> API, and i can add the remote IP, but what about the hash, if i manually want to call the cron job from remote?
