I am having an issue where a new ticket is opened via fetch and when that happens it is emailing the department like support@ and every individual in that department - i.e. everyone is getting two copies.. one alert to the dept address and one to each individual in that dept.
Under setttings new ticket alerts I have it enabled with Department Members checked only.
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.. it is doing it for both departments I have setup sales and support..
