E-Mail Sending doesn't work

Hi,

I am using osTicket 1.6.0 and want to sent emails via the native php-mail()-function. In the beginning, it worked, but now, it doesn't.

When I am calling mail() from a single script, any mails will be transferred.

I have testes all preferences (think so), the mails are indicated within osTicket as sent (in the ticket), in the syslog there are no errors.

Any clues?

What OS are you on?

Do you have anything in /var/log/mail.log ?

You might try checking the php log also. If there is a PHP error causing emails to not be sent it might show up there.

I'm working on Ubuntu 9.04

When I install osticket fresh, everything works fine.

But after changing the preferences or after some replies, no further reply-emails are sent.

Notifications of new tickets are beeing mailed....
