How do I delete banned emails from the server

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your time. I see this topic has been discussed previously but I couldn't find a resolution.

It appears as if banned emails are not been deleted from the server. This results in a pile of repeated log messages as the offending email is reported over and over.

If this is the case I'd appreciate pointers on how to resolve it.

Perhaps I didn't explain correctly. It appears as if banned emails are not being deleted from the email server. The message from the banned email gets downloaded and processed as banned but it doesn't get deleted from the email server.
