I'm really in a jam here, the system was working fine, but now I can't get it to retrive email from the pop account. Even when I have autocron turned on, its still not pulling the email. I made some mods recently to class.ticket.php and figured this may have been the cause, but when I replace the file it still does not pull emails. Does anyone know the list of components required for the system to actually do this task? I figure if I can start replacing files on by one that hopefully it will work?? Please help as I need to get this working as soon as possible!!
