Change colors of text on forms

I would like to replace the default orange color of the osTicket with a red color that will match more with my site so that the support center blends in more with it...can someone tell me where I go to do this?

Was able to find most of it but a couple

Was able to find most of it on the colors/css, but I can't seem to find where to change colors in the admin control panel, and there is one area on client side that i can't seem to change (image attached) it is the orange "Support Ticket" text...can anyone help?

change blue shading?

also, does anyone know how to change the blue shading? I would like to make it a reddish hue.
