I've got OS ticket (v1.6 ST) up and running, but the only thing that I cannot seem to get working is having it send an email out when a ticket has been re-assigned.
Not too sure if my settings are jacked or if it's just not working correctly. Not too sure what it's supposed to be set at either. If any can let me know what the settings should be, I can reply with what I have and see if I am messing this up or what.
