I am using osticket 1.6 RC4. everything is working fine .. but only problem is the osticket script cannot send autorespond email outside to clients but it sending email if i use email account, of same domain like info@mydomain.com or sales@mydomain.com.. my domain.com is where i installed osticket mydomain.com/osticket/ but not sending to other emails .. like xyz@yahoo.com or pqr@gmail.com.

We have 2 brands that we use a single installation of osTicket for - abcdefg.com.br and zyx.com.br (obviously not our real domain names), we are using SMTP via Google Apps and have no problems.
I assume that you're using the PHP mail functions?
