I would think it should be a pretty easy mod.
I would like to put in an if statement into the code
if emailaddress <> noreponder@domain.com then skip the auto response.
I just would not know where in the code i should put this.
It is only for a ticket that is opened up via an email and it is only a single email address.
Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!!
