dear forumers...
did anyone know how to edit the ticket ID (which file i should edit) so that the ticket ID will show month and year (according to the date that the user send the ticket)..
between, i have added a drop downlist on open ticket page..which i used fully coding for the value..let say the value was : A, B and C...beside the ID ticket will show date, i also want this drop down value to appear on my ticket id..
for example, if the user send a ticket today and choose B from the drop downlist...the ticket id will show 11/05/B/1 which 11 as year, 05 as month B as value from drop downlist and 1 as running number...
pls help...
