Setting Up Redirect On Ticket Submission

Hey All, I've been trying a bunch of things to redirect users to a separate thank-you.htm page after submitting a ticket and no luck. I searched the forum and found nothing. I would like to accomplish this to track conversions on my pages. I don't think this is a very difficult fix. I would appreciate any assistance! Thanks!

The page you want to modify is:

include/client/thankyou.inc.php

Scottro - Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what I'm changing here. I've messed around and it appears the only thing that changes is the message that my user sees after filling out a ticket but the URL stays the same. Where in the thankyou.inc.php can I set up a redirect to another URL? Thanks again!
