Hi,
I'm still working out some of the bugs that may appear in our client operations center. One of the issues that seem to happen with admins is when a ticket comes through the system, admins do not have all the pre-made responses available to them.
I've tried this several times, and when a pre-made response is created, and a specific dept is selected to use that response; admins too are not able to use this response likewise.
Is there a work-around other than completely taking over the ticket and duplicate the pre-made response?
