Client Email Link Gets 404 Error

Hello,

I tested the system and it seems to work well, except the email that goes to the client has a link back to the system with the ticket number i.e.

http://help.dobsoninc.com/view.php?e=connor@echo.com&t=843459(http://help.dobsoninc.com/view.php?e=connor@echo.com&t=843459)

however this link gets a bad URL, 404 error.

What am I missing?

Well I'm willing to bet that part of the problem is that

http://help.dobsoninc.com(http://help.dobsoninc.com)

Doesn't work either.

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at help.dobsoninc.com Port 80

So if the rest of the system works like you say it does, where exactly are you browsing to get to it?

I forgot I changed that path and I am having issues with that sub-domain.

I will change it back right now...

Yep, sure enough, bad path.

I really like the interface that the link points to.

I'll fix the sub-domain issue - then change the path and re-test.
